In brief

• The website does not use any tools for advertising or visitor tracking.
• The website does not set cookies and does not store data in your browser.
• All files, including fonts, are served from the website's own server; pages do not send requests to third-party services.
• Search queries and selections in the site's interactive tools are not recorded.
• Personal data is processed only when you fill in the contact form or, at your own initiative, send a message via the WhatsApp link.

Contact form

The form asks for your name, a single preferred contact channel (e-mail or phone) with the corresponding details, a general subject and an optional short message. This information is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM in a local SQLite database on the server running the website and is automatically deleted after at most 90 days; your IP address is not added to the record. Your request is also forwarded as a notification to the office's e-mail address (Google LLC (Gmail)); the servers of this service may be located abroad. The form does not ask for identity numbers, details of the other party, case numbers, health or criminal details, or documents; please do not write such information in the message field either.

To prevent misuse, form submissions are checked against a temporary counter based on your connection address, which is kept only in the server's memory and is not stored permanently. For details, see the personal data notice.

Server logs and hosting

The application is configured not to write search queries or form contents to server logs. The website runs on a virtual server provided by Hostinger International Ltd. in a data centre located in Germany (European Union). The web server on it is configured not to keep visitor access logs (IP address and time of request); the hosting provider may keep limited network-level technical records to operate the infrastructure and protect it against attacks.

Contact via WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button on the pages is only a link; the website contains no WhatsApp script or cookie, and no information is sent to WhatsApp unless you click it. When you click the button, the WhatsApp app or website opens and suggests a greeting message to the office's line +90 532 283 55 90; whether to send it is your decision. This conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) own terms and privacy policy, and data may be processed on servers abroad. Please do not send identity numbers, case details, health or criminal details or documents via WhatsApp; a secure way will be agreed for these during the meeting.
